HOW TO INSULATE WALL CAVITIES

Wall cavities are more than space. Each unfilled cavity is a pocket of air that drags down the energy efficiency of a home. The Froth-Pak™  Insulation Spray Foam fills, seals and insulates these kinds of gaps with ease and at a fraction of the cost of a drum and rig system.

STEP BY STEP DIRECTIONS :

  1. Make sure all flame sources are extinguished.
  2. Prep area by removing all water, oil, dust, dirt or debris.
  3. Read the included manual to ensure you meet all OSHA requirements.
  4. Check if the kit contents are between 70°F-120°F.
  5. Gently rock tanks back and forth.
  6. Lift the Insta-Flow Dispenser from the box and fully uncoil the hose.
  7. Coat the inside face of the Insta-Flow Dispenser with petroleum jelly (included).
  8. Fully open both tank valves.
  9. Check for products flowing through the lines. If not, shut the valves and check the troubleshooting guide in the manual.
  10. Pull the trigger to purge the lines into an appropriate waste receptacle until both streams are equal.
  11. Wipe down the dispenser and apply more petroleum jelly.
  12. Push the nozzle (included) firmly into the Insta-Flow Dispenser, listen for a snap.
  13. Hold the Insta-Flow Dispenser at least 6 inches from the spray area and pull the trigger when ready.
  14. Move-in a back-and-forth motion without swinging the dispenser.
  15. Keep in mind that foam cures in just 30-60 seconds.
  16. Push down on the ejector to remove the nozzle once spraying is complete.
  17. Clean product from the dispenser with a cloth and apply petroleum jelly one last time.
  18. Firmly reinsert nozzle for an airtight seal.
  19. Close both cylinder valves and store for up to 30 days.
  20. Continue ventilating the area for at least another hour. Do not enter during ventilation without a respirator and other safety gear.
